 Watched it for the first time today and really enjoyed it and appreciate the work that was put into it
 
Im currently in the Royal Navy as a bomb disposal diver but am due to leave in a few months to
 start my new career as a personal trainer and have long been inspired by you and the others who
have promoted this type of training, which i have found both enjoyable and highly practical for
my current and future careers.

Just ran across your site after checking out one of your videos over at MyMadMethods.com

I watched a lot of the videos at your site, then read the training protocols page and have to thank you big-time for putting this info in one place. I have never found so much valuable info anywhere, ever.

When I started training I was so weak that I had to work for two weeks just to accomplish one pull-up. Push-ups were equally hard and it took me months to be able to do twenty. Over time I've gained strength and endurance but very slowly mainly because I lacked the training methods you outlined in your protocols page.

I'm ordering your DVD and looking forward to trying the new exercises and techniques.

Hey guys,

The DVD's were fantastic…Tons of exercises and technique. These DVD's provide countless combinations to keep my bar and bodyweight workouts fresh. In the past I had quickly hit plateaus when performing only a few variations of the same exercises day in and day out. Switching up routines with new exercises and variations featured in the DVDs has helped me overcome these plateaus.
